Is supposed to be used to optimize the motion parameters
(acceleration, drift length etc.) of the PI piezo-stage. It let's
you choose scan parameters together with the motion parameters and
set's up a buffer of positions. These can be viewed in a
.xls file and compared to the actual motion of the stage.
This motion is monitored by reading back the encoder output
voltages with the two channel ADC of the NI PCI-6052E board.
