APS Data File Support

SM_GUI now offers basic support for data files from the Advanced Photon Source (APS) beamlines 2-ID-B (*.hdf) and 2-ID-E (*.mda). In addition, the special silicon detector data file format (*.sdt), which is a converted version of 2-ID-E files with additional information stored, is supported. You specifically have to turn on APS support by setting the keyword /aps when starting the program, or by making use of environment variables as described in Sec. 5.1.
