The "Recenter Piezos" button

This button is only available in microscope control mode. The piezos only have a limited travel range of plus/minus 50 microns relative to their centered position. If you are already quite off center (say, after manually moving the piezos) and want to take a scan, the program might tell you that the scan can't be done because the piezo travel range would be exceeded. In this case, you can click this button, which will move the piezos back to their center position and correct by moving the stepper stage opposite, so that the x-ray focus stays approximately at the same spot. Since the resolution of the stepper motors is limited, this won't be perfect though!
