For spectra, you can click into the plot, and the corresponding energy and wavelength as well as the data value are displayed. If you drag the mouse (hold the left mouse button) over a peak in the spectrum, the peak will be fitted (with a Gaussian), and the peak position and standard error will be displayed below the plot. This is particularly useful for calibration of the monochromator (see Sec. 5.15.6).
