The Draw Windows

The main image display window will display a scan image with a scale bar in image mode, or the plot of a spectrum in spectrum mode.

In image mode, to the left and below the image window, you can display an X and Y profile through the image at the mouse click position (see Sec. 5.8). To the right of the image, you will see a colorbar which tells you which color or brightness level corresponds to a certain data value. These three windows are empty in spectrum mode.

In the corner between the X and Y profile window, there is a cursor text field which displays the live mouse position in pixels relative to the lower left of the image (only in image mode).
