Configuration and alignment files

The whole microscope operation makes use of a set of configuration and alignment files. They are NFS mounts on server and client computers, while most of them are physically located on the machine x1a.nsls.bnl.gov in folder /mnt/x1a/:

alignment_stxm[i,o].dat	Microscope alignment information. (see Sec. 13.1)
config_stxm[i,o].dat	Contains configuration of ADC and infos about silicon detector. (see Sec. 13.2)
sidet_calibration_stxm[i,o].dat	Contains calibration parameters of the segmented silicon detector. (see Sec 13.3)
slitsettings.dat	Beamline slits information. (see Sec. 13.4)

The NSLS x-ray ring information (see Sec. 13.5) file /mnts/userdata/beaminfo/xrbeam.dat is found on bnlls3.nsls.bnl.gov.
