Chip Quantum Efficiency

Note that the quantum efficiency of the chip is not taken into account in the above calibration. If you want to have the best calibration, you have to apply that factor yourself. It depends on the photon energy and is shown in Fig. 10.1. It is well above 80% for the energy range at X1A.
