You probably found it out already: You have two droplists available in the program window, the upper one lets you choose the signal type ("flavor"), and the lower one lets you choose which "slice" from the 3-dimensional dataset of that flavor is displayed. Also, there are two arrow buttons which let you cycle through the entries of the lower droplist quickly.
