Again, you get a 3-dimensional data array as described above. This
time, it holds a 32-bit floating point number with the following
meanings:
- For the photon counter, it is again the total number of
photons, but the counts_divideby is already taken
into account.
- For the clock signal, it is again the number of clock
pulses -- the same as above.
- For the analog signals (including the segments of the
silicon detector), this number is the real voltage recorded.
