The cryo STXM interlock

The cryo interlock will enable the beamline valves at pressures below $\approx 10$ torr (for gas-phase spectroscopy; see section on spectroscopy below); it will enable the piezos and the penning gauge at 1 mtorr. The valve between ion pump and chamber can be opened below $1 \times 10^{-6}$ torr. For a more detailed description, please look at the <a href=''http://xray1.physics.sunysb.edu/ osanna/cryointl/cryointl.html''> cryo interlock manual </a>.
