Vacuum layout

A schematic layout of the beamline vacuum system is shown in Fig. 5.1. Valves ending with i are for the inboard (X1A2) branch, and valves ending with o are for the outboard branch. The gauges and gauge controllers in the beamline are listed in Table 5.1, and the ion pumps and controllers are listed in Table 5.2.
