The zone plates in use at the beamline were fabricated by Steve Spector, Aaron Stein, Don Tennant, and Chris Jacobsen using the JEOL JBX-6000FS electron beam lithography system in Tennant's lab at Lucent Technologies Bell Labs, Holmdel.
